a discussion will take place about what bought you to counselling and how I can help you – the first session is all about getting to know you as a person and tailor make the sessions the way you want it and completing forms!
Is it confidential?

How many sessions can I have?
it depends on what issues you bring to the session and what you want to focus on. It can be as short as 6 sessions or ongoing until you are ready to stop and don’t need counselling anymore.
Can I block book sessions?
Yes, you can.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes, you can.
Can I have sessions online?
Yes.
Can I mix my sessions?
Yes if you want to do a mix of online and face to face sessions, then I will accommodate your request.
How can I make payment?
You can pay through BACS or cash, which needs to be done in advance of the sessions.
Cancellation
24hours notice is needed to cancel the session. No refund is given if you do not cancel within the notice period.
